Insight Global is hiring for a Financial Systems Analyst to join the accounting department of one of our energy investment clients. This is a full time opportunity, based on a hybrid-onsite work schedule in East Brunswick, NJ.

When first joining the team, the main priority of the selected candidate will be to support the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform. After a few months in the position, the priority of this role will gear towards administration, troubleshooting and enhancement of the system.

Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to:

 - Testing, maintenance, data migration, and troubleshooting of financial data in the ERP system

 - Assist in general ledger and Accounts Payable work flows and payment cycles

 - Creation of templates and dashboards in PowerBI

 - Creation of user manuals and providing training to the user base as it gets up and running

In this position, the Financial Systems Analyst must be an individual who is highly analytical, attentive to detail, collaborative, communicative and is able to effectively multitask on various high priority tasks.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to assist in and ERP implementation and maintenance of the system with debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent)

• 3+ years of experience with an automated AP system in SAP, Oracle, Concur, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP platform

• 2+ years of experience to run reports and create dashboards in PowerBi

• Familiarity with general accounting and accounts payable principles

• Strong SQL, and SharePoint Experience

Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot Tables in Excel - Double Bachelor's degree in an IT and Accounting related field

• Familiarity with US GAAP Accounting principles

• Previous experience with automating an accounts payable system null
