Heritage Environmental Services, LLC Compliance Coordinator in East Liverpool, Ohio

Heritage at a Glance Heritage Thermal Services (HTS) is dedicated to safety, compliance, our community and our employees. HTS is located on the Ohio River in East Liverpool, Ohio. Known as the tri-state area, we border Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The facility is approximately 30 minutes from the Greater Pittsburgh Airport and provides opportunity for big city adventures, small town communities, and country living. Requirements: Detail oriented and possess accurate data entry skills. Ability to solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction. Must possess strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Four-year degree preferred. Responsibilities include: Coordinate, schedule, track training for the facility. This will involve communication with multiple departments, corporate, and external contacts. Ensure accurate completion and tracking of compliance documents, notify department of deadlines Manage compliance system update and tracking Coordinate inspections with various departments Order, distribute, and track company issued PPE (uniforms, shoes, jackets, glasses, etc.) Manage payments thru system to ensure timely payment of vendors File, makes copies, mail documents, fax/scan documents, and answers telephone as required.
