Join Our Team as a Construction Assembler!

Adecco is partnering up with a local client to find candidates for a Construction Assembler position in East Troy,WI ! Join us in a collaborative environment where your skills can shine!

Hours/Pay:

1st Shift: 5am-2:30pm (M-F), $20/hr

2nd Shift: 2:30pm-1am (M-Th), $21/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare & Gather: Assemble components and materials with care, setting the stage for success!

  • Set Up & Jig: Assist in the setup of truss assemblies on our assembly tables, following design drawings to perfection.

  • Assemble with Pride: Bring roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels to life using the right tools and techniques.

  • Verify Excellence: Measure completed components to ensure they meet our high specifications.

  • Quality Guardian: Continuously assess materials and final products, ensuring only the best make it to the finish line.

  • Record Keeping: Accurately track job times and counts, contributing to our efficient workflow.

  • Safety First: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to our safety program and work rules.

What You Bring:

  • A passion for precision and quality.

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a bonus!

  • Familiarity with assembly tools and technical drawings.

  • Team spirit and strong communication skills.

  • A commitment to safety and a proactive attitude.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
