Job Title: ClinicianJob Description

Seeking a dedicated Clinician to provide comprehensive clinical services to our client caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy. The Clinician will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and implementing a group therapy schedule, maintaining documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements, and providing crisis intervention in collaboration with the Residential program team. Additional duties include regular communication with staff and collateral providers, clinical consultation, providing transportation for clients, and after-hours on-call support. The role requires obtaining necessary certifications and maintaining professional competency and licensure.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Easthampton, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Residential Inpatient housing in two programs: a coed program for ages 8-18 and a female-only program for ages 8-18. Each facility has a 9-bed capacity, and clinicians will counsel children with behavioral issues. The position includes an office within the facility, with occasional reporting to headquarters for internal trainings and meetings. The work schedule is Sunday-Thursday from 10am-6pm.
