Overview:

The server's purpose is to guide guests throughout their dining experience. Through a passion to serve others, you will enhance the experience for the guests. The goal of the server is to exceed every guest's expectation by anticipating their needs. A complete understanding of the menu and drink offerings is required so that you may answer any questions the guest may have. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter as well as a brand ambassador for The Grill.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet all guests within 30 seconds of arrival.

• Help guests select food and beverages by recommending your genuine preferences.

• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.

• Promote specials and be able to answer any inquiries about them.

• Work as a team with other servers, support staff, and kitchen staff.

• Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.

• Issue bills and handle different methods of payment.

• Promote the brand to all guests.

• Put orders together and carry to the correct table.

• Anything else needed or asked upon
