Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Team Member position is to provide warehouse support as part of our IT Warehouse team. It is an integral part of the team that handles receiving/shipping of orders and keeps product efficiently moving throughout our facility. Someone with a positive, can do work attitude, is flexible, energetic, hard working, well-organized, knowledgeable, accurate, reliable, independent, a self-motivated person that is willing and eager to take on challenges and responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Production Issues:
Receive in computer/clothing equipment and computer/clothing returns from stores, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants
Receive in new equipment, parts, and clothing from vendors
Pull and ship daily computer equipment and clothing orders
Ship warranty or RMA computer equipment/parts to vendors
Maintain warehouse inventory levels and complete monthly inventory counts to avoid out of stocks
Package up repaired computer equipment from our repair center and place in assigned stocking location
Ability to use picker mounted computer system
Ability to be forklift and picker certified
Ability to keep work areas clean and organized
Identify problem trends (single site or overall) pro-actively
Skills/Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year related experience in warehousing, receiving, and shipping a plus
Forklift, picker, and pallet jack experience a plus
Experience receiving and shipping orders using a computer system
Willingness to learn

You must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Lifting up to 75 lbs. is necessary for warehouse picking/packing duties
Team members should expect to work a 8-hour day (may start as early as 7 am)
Must work within designated normal office hours assigned or required by work
Provide numbers (i.e. home phone / cell phone) for which you can be easily and quickly reached
May be required to work overtime, including weekends and holidays depending on department workload
