Manufacturing Manager - Fabrication Our Manufacturing Managers drive positive culture through excellent team member relations. They provide coaching and development to supervisors and team members across our 24/7 Fabrication department. As well as make employment decisions and resolve team member issues through problem resolution. Responsibilities Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and Team Member engagement to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas. Manage departmental performance measures. Determine root cause for metrics that aren\'t meeting goal and work collaboratively throughout the operation to develop and implement corrective action plans. Provide leadership through recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention of team members. Responsible for transactional integrity. Competencies Leadership. Performance Management. Supervisory Responsibility This position manages supervisors across 4 shifts and provides overall leadership for all employees in the department.
