Dove Healthcare RN - Registered Nurse (Admissions Nurse) in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
Position: RN - Admissions Nurse
Shift: 10am-6:30pm
Status: Full-Time

As the admissions nurse, you will be responsible for:
coordinating new patient admissions and readmissions
coordinating transfers and discharges
assisting with MDS assessments and other routine documentation
completing assessments of patients with acute illnesses
coordinating physician and family notification
assisting with order completion.
on-call responsibilities
other duties necessary to provide support and contribute to strong teamwork
Required Qualifications:
current licensure in the state of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse
degree from an accredited school of nursing
working every other weekend and every other holiday is required
