Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcer to to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll be working alongside our client’s Business Development Group to identify top-tier talent for critical roles.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on sourcing experience within the construction industry or heavy utility sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn.

  • Strong understanding of Boolean search logic and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with ICIMS or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn to conduct in-depth sourcing campaigns and build robust candidate pipelines.

  • Proactively search for qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and tools.

  • Screen candidates based on qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ICIMS experience a plus).

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
