Provide strategic and technical leadership for successful implementation of project activities and ensure the program is technically sound and consistent with the stakeholders priorities. Define a vision for the team s product, oversee all stages of product creation, including design, development, and testing, and ensure successful delivery of all digital product applications. Oversee application support to adhere to defined processes. Act as Product Owner for Desktop, Mobile, OTT, including websites, native mobile applications, tablet applications, and OTT performance, functionality, and actionable product roadmaps. Own the User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) for all products, including capabilities such as reviews and blogs. Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative inputs, data, and perspectives to expose known and unknown problem areas, including functional and performance, and clearly defines prioritized opportunities for execution against measurable KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on an ongoing basis. Develop and present a prioritized product roadmap that includes improvements (features and capabilities) and fixes (defects). Act as liaison between Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, and the Product. Translate business strategy/requirements to development tasks, stories, and personas. Drive ownership of features and services throughout the product lifecycle for our selling channel customer experiences. Own products focused on digital sell channels. Monitor and identify customer needs and respond by adjusting user experiences and product roadmaps. Drive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) standards to optimize our digital exposure via search engines. Drive ADA standards for compliance. Maintain a strong understanding of available technologies and apply technology solutions to improve efficiency and benefit the customer. Conduct routine A/B Testing to improve the user experience. Own SharePoint performance functionality, and actionable product roadmap. Lead a team of Product Owners, Development Managers, and Analysts.
