  • Responsibilities

  • Responsible for main door entrance and visitors.

  • Sort and forward incoming mail and emails and prepare and send outgoing mail.

  • Send temporary new hire information.

  • Coordinate new hires, including ID badges, car permits and initial training.

  • Coordinate CBP K9 training sessions.

  • Purchasing packing and office supplies.

  • Communicate with employees and respond to queries.

  • Maintain filing cabinets, daily reports and work-load database.

  • Organize and maintain seals.

  • Operate office equipment.

  • Coordinate activities and disseminate information to all employees in the building.

  • Primary contact for security and safety activities and projects.

  • Other related activities as applicable.

When performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop; pull; kneel; crouch or crawl up

The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
