[General Purpose: ]{arial=""}
- Responsible for maintaining the facility in a functional, presentable and safe condition.
- Provide operational cover as and when required to support the security team on site.
[Principle Accountabilities:]{arial=""}
- Assist in performing general repair/maintenance to include, but not limited to electrical, building, plumbing, painting, basic remodeling, HVAC.
- Monitor building security and safety to deter and prevent theft, sabotage, fire and accidents.
- Use of IT systems for access control, site patrolling.
- Complete incident reports and follow the correct process.
- Key control/administration.
- Enforce security procedures.
