Description We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team in El Paso, Texas. The role involves maintaining a healthcare organization's inventory by checking stocking units on nursing floors, using an automated system to ensure accurate counts, and restocking service stations with necessary supplies. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.


• Regularly perform inventory checks on all stocking units on nursing floors.

• Utilize the organization's automated system to ensure inventory counts are accurate.

• Prepare a pick list of supplies and restock service stations on various floors.

• Perform preparation, distribution, and control of supplies and selected equipment for patient care use in the hospital.

• Process requests for service accurately, promptly, and in a professional manner.

• Use data entry skills to maintain accurate records of inventory.

• Manage asset inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations.

• Demonstrate a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.

• Cooperate with other staff members to ensure all inventory-related tasks are completed efficiently.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to inventory management. Requirements • Role requires proficiency in Data Entry and Asset Inventory management.

• No minimum years of experience required, suitable for individuals at all stages of their career.

• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is desirable.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of supply chain procedures.

• Ability to lift and handle physical inventory when necessary.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, if necessary.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level is required.

• Willingness to comply with all company policies and regulations.
