Asegurar la solicitud y entrega de materiales entre almacenes y naves, planear, coordinar, dirigir y controlar las transferencias entre almacenes. Es responsable de los movimientos en sistema SAP, entregas y recepción de materiales.
PERFIL
Preparatoria concluida, deseable carrera Técnica.
Conocimiento SAP
Manejo de PC
Manejo de FIFO
Manejo de inventarios
RESPONSABILIDADES / FUNCIONES
Organiza y distribuye el material a los diferentes procesos productivos para el arranque de turno según el programa de producción diario. En caso de no cumplir al 100% con la entrega de materiales de inmediato debe comunicarse con Supervisor de Producción y el Planeador de producción informando que procesos no alcanzaron para recibir nuevas instrucciones al respecto y llevarlas a cabo.
Es su responsabilidad darle seguimiento diario a la entrega de materiales en cada una de las líneas que se trabajan con el fin de lograr el 100% de efectividad en las mismas. Deberá asegurar la entrega de materiales terminado de Nave 1 a Nave 2 y realizar los movimientos correspondientes en SAP
Realizara los formatos de diferencias como lo marca los billetes de materiales para cada uno de los materiales (BOM´s)
Se asegura del orden y limpieza es la estación de trabajo asignada
Fomentar el correcto manejo de materiales en proceso
