Perfil:
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la Industrial (En el Depto. de Mantenimiento).
Carrera Técnica en Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecanica.
Conocimientos básicos en Soldadura (eléctrica y Autógena).
Conocimiento maquinados CNC.
Conocimiento maquinados Torno.
Conocimiento maquinados Rectificadora.
Conocimiento maquinas y herramientas.
Conocimiento ajuste mecanico.
Conocimiento afilado de herramientas.
Responsabilidades:
Especialista en poner a punto y realizar la operación de la maquinaria necesaria para la fabricación de piezas mecanizadas.
Se cerciora en almacén de la existencia de suficiente materia prima para el proceso, establece la secuencia y el plan de torneado o fresado, así como los parámetros a seguir durante la fabricación. Asimismo, selecciona el tipo de material de acuerdo a las especificaciones del producto.
Como operario de mecanizado: prepara y pone a punto la maquinaria con la que llevará a cabo el proceso de fabricación. Personalmente, opera el torno o la fresadora.
Asume con responsabilidad todos los procesos relacionados: montaje de la pieza metálica, selección de dispositivos, accesorios, operación del equipo y otras herramientas que garanticen el acabado y las especificaciones de diseño.
Como garante de la calidad, aplica diferentes técnicas de control dimensional para validar el cumplimento de las especificaciones establecidas en los planos de diseño y/o la muestra recibida. Ejecuta correcciones en el proceso de ser necesario.
Aplica rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo, y 5s
