Job Description

Our client manufactures plastic bottles for home care, professional cleaning, food & beverage products, nutrition & wellness, ice melt, and pet care. They've been in business for 52 years and recently won the best places to work award in 2023.

Machine Operators operate blow-molding and injection molding machines, troubleshoot and adjust machines, and perform routine maintenance such as preventative maintenance, greasing, cleaning, small repairs, and diagnosing issues. The role also involves the use of hand and power tools when needed.

Work Environment

• Day Shift: 7 am to 7 pm (rotating- 4 days on 4 days off)

• Night Shift: 7 pm to 7 am (rotating- 4 nights on 4 nights off)

• 4 days on, 4 days off - you'll always know your schedule and it's set on the same shift

• Brand new, state-of-the-art, highly automated facility built in 2020. Climate-controlled

• Roughly 30 employees in Delavan including office staff. 20-ish on the shop floor

$22-26 an hour with a $1 shift differential for night shift
