Bring your unique perspectives and expertise:

• The Stream Owner Processing & Other Buildings - Director works in the "Global Workplace Projects" organisation, with global and strategic construction and factory projects.

What your day will look like:

• Has the mandate and responsibility – inside the approved scope and budget – to run and implement the projects from design over construction to realization.

• Ensuring that trade off discussions is made with the team members to find best possible solution.

• Establish and run project teams (25-50 employees) – with kick off, ongoing communication and alignment and run Stream meetings including giving recommendations and identifying trade offs.

• Participate in Program Steering Committee meetings.

• Evaluate and feedback on project participants performance and deliveries – both to employee and manager.

Are you up for the challenge?

• Experience in performing projects using Stage Gate Model philosophy. Used to lead projects with 25-50 persons involved in the team.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.

• Knowledge: use of all MS Office products.

• Skills: Business English.
