Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team based in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. This role primarily caters to our Professional Services division, covering areas including accounting, finance, IT, among others. The HRBP will be responsible for workforce planning, coaching, and professional development of employees, including managers and directors. This role will also manage HR projects and will not involve tasks related to benefits, payroll, or recruiting. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business leaders to manage HR-related aspects of our Professional Services division

• Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels

• Provide coaching and professional development support for employees

• Manage HR projects, ensuring the successful execution and completion

• Collaborate with each manager to understand their score from external surveys and devise a game plan for improvement

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and provide coaching for effective conversations

• Use ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, HRMS, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, Quantum Computing skills to execute tasks efficiently and effectively

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with HRMS systems

• Knowledge in Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance procedures in HR

• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively

• Interest or experience in Quantum Computing

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience in a similar HR Manager role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment legislation
