Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsbilitites:
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs and projects
Assist in defining program objectives and milestones
Providing mentorship and coaching to junior program managers or team members, helping them develop their program management skills and navigate challenges
Driving and fostering innovation within the program, often by identifying new opportunities, emerging technologies, or creative solutions to enhance program outcomes
Manage organizational change and transitions that may arise as a result of the program's initiatives
Maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Lead quality assurance processes and testing procedures to ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards
Track and evaluate program performance against established KPIs and objectives, and make adjustments as necessary
Identifying and addressing challenges and obstacles that may arise during program execution, finding creative solutions to complex problems
Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance program processes, delivery, and outcomes through continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in communicating program updates and progress to stakeholders
Coordinate meetings and discussions as needed
Provide support in resource allocation and tracking
Help ensure efficient use of resources across programs
Assist in monitoring program risks and issues
Generate reports, documentation, and presentations to provide insights and updates on program status
Collaborate with program managers to develop and track risk mitigation plans
Contribute to quality control processes to ensure program deliverables meet established standards
Collect and analyze data related to program performance
Prepare reports and dashboards for program management
Conduct post-program evaluations, capturing lessons learned, and effectively closing out the program
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
BS or MS Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
PMP certification preferred
10+ years managing technical projects
5+ years project management experience in satellite and uplink projects and deployments
Skills and Qualifications:
Detailed knowledge of Project Management platforms such as MS Projects, Wrike or Hive
Ability to manage projects spanning multiple geographic regions
Ability to hold people and groups accountable to schedules and deadlines
Technical understanding of satellite & streaming video distribution networks
Proven experience managing a Vendor to the agreed upon SOW and ensuring that any change in project Scope / Time / Cost follows the established Change Order Process
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
