Your future role.
You have worldwide profit and loss responsibility for the segment Test Applications (TA) and Integrated Plant Maintenance (IPM).
You are in charge of all finance aspects of the segments with the focus on the sales process.
This includes the commercial offer-part incl. LoA (globally), offer calculation, T&C’s negotiations for national and international Head Quarter Test Application (HQ TA) projects.
You will coach the global regions to ensure a profitable global business.
Additional key tasks are the reporting, controlling, and analyzing of financial key figures in cooperation with our controlling department.
You support your technical counterpart to streamline and improve the business processes.
You will be the financial expert for the financial strategy program related to the TA and IPM business.
You will elaborate and implement business plans and strategies for TA/IPM.
Your profile.
The basis of your success is a master's degree in the field of business administration or equivalent.
Building on this, you have already gained relevant long term experiences in the solution/service business as well as international experience.
You bring good leadership skills and act as a global entrepreneur. Knowledge of PM@Siemens and an understanding of the LoA process rounds up your profile
You can navigate effectively across different organizational boundaries and work in a global team environment.
You are enthusiastic, courageous and a reliable character with strong influencing skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships and making decisions.
Fluent English and German skills, as well as the willingness to travel internationally complete your profile.
