We are looking for a IT Communications Specialist (Adoption & Change) to be part of our IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team.

The role

Our Global IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is on a mission to Enable Information Technology-powered innovation and alignment of the IT landscape with business strategies with anticipation, focus, speed, and impact. Resulting in future-ready IT capabilities and competitive advantage. In other words, we help tackle challenges that have a significant impact on the organization. To do so, we’re applying different mindsets, frameworks, perspectives, and technologies such as next artificial intelligence, Spatial Computing, Blockchain, Distributed Data lakes, and Quantum Computing. We help innovate with impact and we never settle!

As a Communication Specialist in this role, you will focus on creating and implementing communication plans centered around tech-innovation stories and events. Your goal is to upskill our employees on the latest innovation trends and technologies. You will create compelling stories that highlight the business value and innovation insights for a non-IT audience. Additionally, you will organize internal events to enhance our employees' understanding of the latest innovation mindsets and trends.

What you’ll do

  • Develop communication strategies to drive engagement and adoption of IT Innovation & Enterprise Architecture services and products.

  • Create storytelling initiatives and participate in brainstorming to bring creativity to the Communication Plans.

  • Develop engaging content such as infographics, short videos, social media posts, and emails to support awareness and adoption of services and products.

  • Apply communication management best practices to define communication intent and objectives per target audience.

  • Define the key communication channels for effective message delivery.

  • Design and create feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication.

  • Collaborate closely with innovation managers and tech specialists to create targeted communication plans for different audiences.

  • Drive events and initiatives to enhance tech-innovation capabilities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • University degree in the fields related to communication, marketing, or related work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience as a communication specialist. Focus on internal communication/employee communication is an advantage. Experience in IT communication and communication agencies is advantageous.

  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills

  • Experience with content creation to produce presentations, scripts, reports, or content on social media.

  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

  • Experience with video editing with tools like Adobe Premiere is an advantage

  • Has working knowledge of information technology and business

  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
