Aston Carter Direct Placement //Payroll Specialist in Eugene, Oregon

Payroll Specialist:

Pay: Up to $62K

Location : Eugene, OR

Length: Permanent/ Direct Hire

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience

  • ADP WFN

  • Payroll processing for approx. 250 employees

  • Multi-state experience, California nice to have- they must be willing to ask questions and research/interpret payroll laws

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Process payroll semimonthly for 250+ employees using Workforce Now

  • Implement standard operating procedures for payroll process

  • Validate hours

  • Track bonus payouts

  • Troubleshoot errors

  • Answer employee payroll questions as necessary

  • Process manual checks (terminations, discrepancies)

  • Ensure that calculations, withholdings, and deductions are done correctly
