Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. Receptionist - Part time in Exton, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answer incoming phone calls.

  • Ensure phone calls are redirected accurately.

  • Greet visitors in a professional manner.

  • Create visitor and new hire badges.

  • May provide additional clerical support as necessary.

All IS&S associates are expected to take responsibility to assure the safety of themselves and their colleagues, the security of company facilities and the protection of proprietary information or technologies.

Professional Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Punctual

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Customer-service driven

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multi-task

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend or stretch in keeping with the demands of a typical office role.

  • Must be able to communicate clearly.

  • Must be able to operate computer equipment.

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
