Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Computer System Support Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Adds, deletes, manages, and reviews user accounts, access, and logins IAW local policies.

  • Removes or disables default, guest, and service accounts in information system or network devices and renames administrative accounts.

  • Maintains authorized patches on desktop personal computers (PCs).

  • Installs and maintains Microsoft Office Suite, command specific applications software and hardware on PCs.

  • Installs new hardware products, peripherals and equipment; VTC hardware/printers/laptops/servers.

  • Ensures anti-virus engines and definitions are current.

  • Identifies and mitigates security vulnerabilities and risks.

  • Prepares and establishes network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

  • IAT level 1 certificate IAW DoD 8570.01-M

  • Three years of experience supporting and maintaining Information Technology assets within large-enterprise Army enclave environments.

  • Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and providing support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.

  • Excellent communications skills, and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
