Robert Half Attorney/Lawyer in Fairfax, Virginia

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Attorney/Lawyer in Fairfax, Virginia. This position involves working four days a week in the office, with the flexibility of working from home for one day. The primary focus of this role will be on Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice, and you will be expected to bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in PI litigation, insurance defense and/or medical malpractice.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience in PI litigation, insurance defense and/or medical malpractice to deliver high-quality legal services

• Function as a member of the Virginia State Bar, contributing to the legal community

• Utilize your strong writing skills to produce clear and concise legal documents

• Exercise your legal analysis skills to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents

• Apply your experience with a motions practice to present and argue cases in court

• Leverage your experience with taking and defending depositions to gather and present evidence

• Maximize your judicial clerkship experience to research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for use in legal proceedings

• Utilize your Virginia license to provide legal services in the state of Virginia

• Apply your skills in Civil Litigation and Medical Malpractice to handle cases and provide legal advice. Requirements • Applicant must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Must be an active member in good standing with the Bar in any US state

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer is required

• Demonstrated experience in Civil Litigation and Medical Malpractice

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in using legal research tools and software

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Willingness to continue learning and improving legal skills.
