Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our growing company. This position will support the rapidly expanding Fed/Civ business unit and report to the FP&A business unit manager. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent finance acumen and proven leadership skills to build strong relationships with business unit executives, program managers, and corporate department leads. Your day-to-day activities will include partnering with Division VP and program teams to provide analysis and guidance, supporting project managers with administrative tasks, identifying trends in the portfolio of programs, creating annual budgets, maintaining program forecasts, supporting financial management and reporting, preparing Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis, supporting monthly accounting close activities, monitoring business unit A/R, and assisting with ad hoc reporting requirements.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ Years Financial Analysis

  • 3+ Years Government Contracting

  • Experience with Costpoint

Soft Skills

  • Excellent finance acumen

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

Remote - might go back in office eventually for special events/meetings
