Actalent Construction Project Manager in Falmouth, Massachusetts

Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all objectives are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Hard Skills

  • Experienced Project Manager with full financial management

  • Extensive experience coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project

  • MS Project experience

  • Experience working on multifamily or commercial projects (healthcare or private education)

Soft Skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and team members

  • Problem-solving abilities to identify and implement solutions

Work Environment

5 days onsite with occasional travel to project sites.
