Cassia Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA/CMA) in Fargo, North Dakota
Fargo Elim Assisted Living, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring a Part Time evening shift to join our team! In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. We are seeking an individual who excels at connecting with residents & patients and is a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
There are Part-Time (Evening), benefit eligible positions working a varied schedule including every other weekend. This role will be working on our Assisted Living side.
PT Hours: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm every other weekend and every other holiday!
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer medications.
Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
Review and follow a written care plan.
Measure and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood pressure on new computerized software.
Assist with various resident cares such as answering light calls and helping residents to the bathroom.
Observe resident behavior and report any changes in condition or behavior to supervisor.
Perform other duties as requested.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills and requirements:
Current ND Nursing Assistant certification required.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
