City Laundering Company Route Service Rep in Faribault, Minnesota

Job summary To establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and effective customer service strategies. To grow existing customer business through quality service strategies. Provide prompt, effective solutions to customer needs. To maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix. To maximize contract term by identifying changes in programs that require updated paperwork (re-signing accounts prior to expiration). Duties and essential job functions Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive personal relationships with principal customer contacts, maintain enthusiasm and professional attitude. Maximize customer contract term. Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue; operate company equipment safely and responsibly, comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles. Maintain clean driving record to insure eligibility for coverage with insurance carrier. Periodically review safety procedures and Company Vehicle Manual to insure compliance at all times. Maintain open communication at all times with your supervisor and the client to keep lines of communication open and for troubleshooting. Maintain and increase account revenue by selling additional products and services, and develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities. Increase account revenue rate increases, sample product; share new business opportunities with the sales department gather sales leads, copy of competitor s invoicing; logo mat artwork. Ensure customer satisfaction; Maximize customer contract term; Maximize account profitability; Manage route efficiency and safety; Positive communication with customers, potential customers and co-workers. Product knowledge; pricing types, colors, sizing, inventory control, availability, product application. Paperwork: garment orders, manuals, invoice accuracy, credits, collections. Product management: loose load sheets, inventories, quality (stains, damage of garments), linen supply. Load truck: organization, invoices, paperwork, bags. Account appearance: organization of rails, hanger racks, repair bags, lockers. Truck maintenance: timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, accidents. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle for at least 10 hours on a daily basis. This position requires regular and reliable attendance.
