The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator is responsible for system administration and implementation of new or improved processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product line. This individual will serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring product usage efficiency and effectiveness. Administration & Maintenance

  • Provide administration and maintenance in instance(s)

  • Monitor CRM performance and perform regular maintenance and updates

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and create/maintain needed assets within the CRM (dashboards, views, reports, lists, document repositories, etc.)

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

  • Intermediate Dynamics CRM configurations capabilities (business process flows, workflows, field creation, view, model driven apps)

Ad-hoc Projects & Project Management

  • Work with third-party developers to build out and enhance functionality and integrations

  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements

  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects

  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Training, Support & Process

  • Develop process documentation and best practices related to administration, maintenance, and use of the CRM instance(s)

  • Work closely with internal and external customers to resolve technical support issues; provide Tier 1 support

  • Work with Training dept to develop CRM training documentation and provide training for employees 


  • 1 – 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferable Sales module) for small to medium business environments

  • Performed administration activities such as installation, managing security, and configuration

  • Planned and implemented needed updates and system improvements

  • Proven record of providing training and support to internal team members

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into solutions

  • Experience working with heavily customized CRM instances

  • Communicates effectively with colleagues across all levels of management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Business Applications Platform productions (Power BI, PowerApps, Flow)
