Customer Service Representative Openings!

Robert Half has an excellent job opportunity for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative looking to expand their career. What you get to do every day

• Field and send written business correspondence

• May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

• Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

• Receive and place telephone calls

  Requirements - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

• Experience using Microsoft Office

• Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

• Answering Inbound Calls experience desired

• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Deep understanding of Email Correspondence

• Inbound Outbound Calls experience

• Microsoft Excel experience

• Customer service experience preferred
