About the Role

This is a marketing strategy role, with management responsibility. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing strategies using data, analysis and storytelling

• Execute and deliver marketing plans, across various channels, to time and budget

• Manage senior stakeholders internally, and senior customers externally

• Work across multiple workstreams, projects, campaigns and initiatives, all at one time

• Coach, lead and manage a team of marketing executives

• Make commercial decisions to hit stretch growth targets for the business, and know when to pivot

• Optimise processes, create efficiencies and automate where possible

• Make your mark by implementing innovative new ideas, forging new relationships in the industry and bringing never before heard market insight to the business

  Requirements

• Experience in demand generation, growth marketing or marketing strategy

• Be commercially minded with an ability to understand and speak to progress against revenue targets

• Be comfortable managing senior relationships, as well as managing and coaching your own team

• Be able to understand when and how to pivot, and optimize to improve marketing ROI

• Have the ability to generate data-driven insights
