Boehringer Ingelheim CRM/CVM Specialist in Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Position

  • Provide support to the CRM Manager and ComOps Team on CRM

  • Supporting CRM System and Customer Segmentation & Targeting.

  • Analysis on customer engagement quality and quantity KPIs for both MY & SG.

  • Data Excellence, data analytics, multichannel analytics, data management, and data stewardship

Duties & Responsibilities

Veeva CRM System Management and Customer Segmentation & Targeting

  • Maintaining CRM processes and governance.

  • Implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.

  • Analyzing behavioral activity, ensuring accurate information in the Veeva System.

  • Support Veeva System processes, configurations, data preparations & maintenance.

  • Help in managing MCCP (Multi Channel Cycle Plan) process for all FF.

  • Maintain & develop Veeva reporting according to business needs.

  • Supporting ROPU on all CRM system UAT, feedback & request.

  • Support Veeva training & workshop.

  • Assist in Customer Segmentation & Targeting process.

  • Manage S&T data integration and mapping.

Data Analytic

  • Organized and structured CEE – Customer Engagement Excellence performance data from Veeva for measurement and benchmarking.

  • Utilize analytic techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance customer interactions and drive business outcomes.

  • Utilize multichannel analytic methods to measure the effectiveness of customer engagement & experience across various channels.

  • Design and develop reports for actionable insights to the business.

  • Performs customer engagement KPI tracking & monitoring.

  • Prepare KPI result for incentive calculation.

Data Excellence

  • Data management & data integration to establish solid foundation for efficiency of data extraction and analysis.

  • Data stewardship efforts, manage and maintain CRM databases, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and establishing data governance frameworks.

  • Work on planning, benchmarking & targeting data readiness for measure’s needs.

  • Data support to ROPU

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with a focus on CRM management, analytic techniques, data management, and data stewardship.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, integrity, and data stewardship.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Experience with Data Analytics and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
