Applications Administrator RHCC Auburn WA Information Tech Support L4-RW0432 Raymond West is looking for a skilled Applications Administrator to join our IT Support Team. The Applications Administrator will provide technical support and management for enterprise applications, software, and resources. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive. Responsible for the configuration, training, support, maintenance, and improvement of new and existing applications. Identify and research application and software need for the department and company. Present to IT Support Manager and Director of IT with business case. Handle projects roll out of applications and software's. Maintain and audit existing and future applications, software, and security of those systems. Ensure business applications are available and performing optimally for the organization. Create knowledge base system documentation for applications and processes. Work with other IT members in deploying solutions and then overtaking support and security of systems. Work with other departments within the company on current and future applications. Provide technical support by responding to support tickets regarding errors, problems or questions with programs and applications. Train end users or technical support staff to use and support programs. Track and report software/network licensing needs to IT Support Manager and Director of IT. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent Organizational Time Management skills Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments. Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required. Possess superior typing ability. Accuracy is essential. Present a clean, neat appearance, mature and responsible. Maintain an organized and tidy work area. Maintain a professional attitude in all matters. Willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility. Motivated to continuous self-development and training. Willing to comply with the employee handbook. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Education/Experience: Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position. Recommended preferred experience: bachelor's degree and/or several years of professional IT experience or some combination. 2 years of business application administration related experience or training Travel Requirement: 5% (2 hours a week) Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.
