Job Description

As part of Customer service team, the Customer service specialist assures:

· the correct management of PO and customer satisfaction on delivering of services, through the management of relationships with the customer, verifying the feasibility in collaboration with the supervisor and in coordination with the Supply Chain department, Business Unit, Business Manager of reference, UK site, and warehouse.

· The monitoring of execution of orders in compliance with the procedures and guidelines defined for the area, coordinating with the internal and external technical structures.

· The management of SAP system, in coordination with Planning and the UK representatives, by updating forecasts, product and material orders from the customer, to ensure alignment with company metrics.

· Participates in dedicated teleconferences with customers for the Supply Chain topics, and in internal team ones; work proactively to resolve issues presented by the customer, giving effective and timely feedback; send requested documents or reports (periodic inventories; trackers; shipping documents) within established times.

As the Supply Chain Specialist you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following requirements:

· Preferrable degree in management, economics and industrial engineering

· Previous 1 or 2 years of experience in supply chain management, customer service management or customer service/import-expert

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

· Experience with Microsoft office package

· Excellent written communication skills are required

· Ability to work in team

· Good knowledge of spoken and written English
