Salary: DOE


-Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

-Produces the annual budget and forecasts

-Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on pricing decisions and contract negotiation.

-Arranges for audits of company accounts.

-Ensures compliance with local, state and federal government requirements.

-Coordinates with payroll and benefits service providers

-Full ownership of the monthly financial close process.

-Reviews sales contracts to assure adherence to risk management policies.

-Evaluates customer credit and performs project credit approval procedures.


-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance of Business Administration required.

-5+ years of related experience required.

-Certified Public Accountant Designation and Public Accounting experience preferred.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

-Proven ability to pay close attention to detail with accuracy.

-Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines

-Highly proficient in using Microsoft

  • Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

  • Progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred

  • Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus

  • Microsoft Excel experience desired

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

  • Excellent technology, analytics and management experience required

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated analytical abilities, tendency to quickly connect dots and surmise logical outcomes

  • Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

  • Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Accounting experience in publicly-traded company a plus
