Who are you? You are a dedicated professional that is passionate about providing information services support within the behavioral health field. You enjoy working as part of a versatile team that will coordinate organization computerized system, train and monitor staff in practical application, and recommend any modifications needed. Maintain service tickets, provide on-call coverage as needed, and provide general support services to Family Resource Center (FRC) staff. This is a remote based position, but you must be willing to travel to all FRC onsite locations as needed for any onsite assistance staff may need. Under the guidance of the Chief Technology Officer, you will be a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with technology systems, implement solutions, or notify outsourced providers. Partner closely with key FRC stakeholders to resolve operational problems of the organizational computerized system. Field incoming client requests via phone and email, and triage work tickets based on impact as well as urgency. Create user accounts, manage individual and group email accounts, public folders, and folder permissions and rights. Conduct training for staff on organizational software and other applications such as email, internet, and service provider forms, and provide technical assistance to users on all applications. You enjoy managing projects that may include system implementation and maintenance. Analyze existing organizational management software systems to determine effectiveness, recommend improvements or modifications that may be needed, and consult with software representatives for maximum software capability. Perform basic corrective measures to software, supervise the installation of new systems, create specifications for system and software upgrades, and with purchasing and leasing of information systems equipment. You recognize the importance of time management and organizational skills are while managing projects, as well as daily tasks that may be related to project execution, systems monitoring, and/or coordinating information services systems analysis related to server operations and systems life cycle functions.   • HSD/GED
  • Three-plus (3+) years of experience providing information services support within a computerized office environment, specifically diagnosing and resolving computer issues
  • A valid driver's license, with the ability to maintain minimum auto insurance coverage, as the position requires you to use your personal vehicle for travel to FRC locations for onsite assistance as needed
  • CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain one
  • The ability to regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously.
  • Willingness to submit background check and fingerprinting

Preferably.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
  • Previous experience working within behavioral health industry
  • Experience providing remote based information services assistance
