What You Will Learn:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an UP2 Sr. Short Term Planner. The Sr. Short Term Planner will be responsible for creating daily and weekly schedules that optimize production and ensure on-time delivery of products. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Develop daily and weekly production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize resources, including personnel and equipment.

  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time delivery of products.

  • Communicate daily and weekly schedules to production teams and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Flows and Logistics, to ensure that all necessary materials and resources are available to meet production schedules.

  • Identify potential production constraints and work with the production teams to develop solutions.

  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production schedules and performance.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Experience/Training/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or related field.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with production planning software is a plus.
