With the rapid advancements in Generative AI, 2AI is moving quickly to establish reference patterns and Enterprise grade platforms for leveraging GPT and other foundation models to accelerate the business. We're looking for a highly motivated Analyst - Writer with a passion for Automation. Read on to learn more about what this role will do.

As an Automation Analyst and Writer, you'll be responsible for a variety of activities supporting our Automation Center of Excellence services and capabilities. Your primary focus will be writing the supporting documentation around all 2AI capabilities, inclusive of SDK documentation, training documents, job aids, case studies and blog posts. Additionally, you'll support the teams in a Quality Analyst capacity, interviewing business users and software engineers, writing test cases, executing User Acceptance Testing and producing quality and business value reports.

Your scope will span our Generative AI capabilities including a prompt marketplace, and Enterprise ChatGPT implementation, and reference implementations for AutoGPT using LangChain, vector databases and/or Microsoft Azure Cognitive Search. You'll also cover Enterprise RPA (UiPath) and Workflow/Low Code platforms (Pega). In this capacity, you'll leverage your experiences in technical and creative writing in the domain of automation. You'll also lean on your soft skills to lead, learn and design. And all the while, you'll be supported by a fantastic team of enthusiastic, talented peers and a wonderful group of stakeholders. Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in English, Technical Writing or related field and 4+ years of experience in:

  • Business Analyst and Technical / Copy Writer.

  • UiPath / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) business analysis and content writing.

  • SCRUM software delivery team.

  • MS Excel and MS Visio.

This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath business analyst certification.

  • Portfolio of writing in the Automation domain.

  • Process Modeling and Redesign experience including LSS techniques.

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
