The Graphics Design team is involved in activities of microarchitecture, RTL Design and HW pre-silicon verification of Graphics and Machine Learning IPs

As a Technical Manager, you are required to manage the team which performs microarchitecture, RTL Design and HW pre-silicon verification of graphics IP. You are required to oversee/plan/deliver Aspecs as well functional+performance+formal verification+SD closure qualified RTL to different stakeholder teams including SOC teams.

You are responsible for Building a highly motivated team of engineers, drive quality and efficiency improvements, influence and drive new world class methodologies etc.

It is expected that you are a technical manager and have deep understanding of domains to influence and lead team effectively for successful achievement of goals.

You are focal point between Architecture, Design, System software developers and Validation teams within Graphics and Machine Learning teams and across different sites.

Good Team Player, with positive approach to solve complex technical, business problems and align to organization goals quickly.

Should able to expand understanding to HW-SW interface and driver based/use case driver verification

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in ​VLSI or Hardware Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science

9+ years of experience in Design/Verification and management domain plus:

  • Hardware architecture/ microarchitecture experience in Graphics/CPU/SoC/Chipsets etc.

  • Design, Pre-silicon validation and methodology

  • Validation and Debug flows of a complex IPs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Python/Verilog/System-Verilog and UVM knowledge

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,041.00-$259,425.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
