The Performance Marketing and Retail Media landscape is rapidly evolving at HP, transforming how we research, shop, buy, and sell. In the digital ecommerce space, it's vital for HP and our retail and commercial partners to drive innovation and best practices, optimizing digital marketing and the online shopping experience across the 'digital shelf.'

Objective

Join the Partner Performance Marketing & Analytics team to enhance HP's ecommerce presence with key partners. You'll focus on developing strategies to boost qualified traffic and drive conversions on partner platforms.

Core Responsibilities

As the NA Performance Marketing Strategist, you will be central to enhancing our digital marketing efforts in collaboration with top retail partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Consultation, Analysis, Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee and consult on co-funded digital campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

  • Proactively collaborate with partners and their agencies to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve strategies.

  • Tactical Strategy & Recommendations:

  • Develop and present cross-platform tactical strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and meet business goals.

  • Provide actionable recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.

  • Documentation of Best Practices & Ad Tech Trends:

  • Promote and implement best practices in campaign setup and management.

  • Train and guide teams in the effective application of these practices.

  • Stay current on ad tech advancements and identify emerging opportunities.

  • Evaluate and suggest new ad tech capabilities to benefit our campaigns.

  • KPI Benchmarking:

  • Define and benchmark key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  • Monitor KPIs and make proactive recommendations to achieve and exceed goals.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Marketing, Consulting, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in digital media and/or performance marketing.

  • Experience with search engine marketing, retail media platforms, social media marketing, and display advertising.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel.

  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analyses compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences at the executive level.

  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and quickly iterate on data results to develop clear action plans.

  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills; effective at collaborating with virtual teams.

  • Ability to interface with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.

  • Strong ability to influence and drive organizational change.

The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $130,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
