Summary About the Position: This position is located at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command, Army University Directorate of Learning Systems Enterprise Classroom Program (ECP), Fort Eustis, VA. Responsibilities As a Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Support development and coordination of proposed regulation, policy, and training reviews. Serve as the COR for the operations contract in support of TRADOC ECP and interacts with supported stakeholders Evaluate the effectiveness of operations supervised in terms of mission accomplishment, regulatory compliance, and technical competence. Responsible for the development and execution of tactical, operational, or strategic planning with a primary focus on objectives and associated essential tasks required for the development and implementation of TRADOC ECP business processes. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) facilitating and participating in multifunctional, operational planning teams and use business processes such as; process mapping, and applied research to identify and define complex problem sets; 2) recommending solutions for complex issues such as; training and supporting information technologies issues; 3) preparing and/or present reports, proposals, charts, graphs and dashboards to senior leadership; AND 4) managing contracts that deal with Systems or Business Process to resolve problems. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Organizational Awareness Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11). NOTE: All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcement.
