Insight Global HR Programs Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Description

The Day to Day of the Human Resource Programs Specialist includes:

 Set up, Manage, Analyze & Measure HR Programs

 Set up KPIs and Monitor & Evaluate Performance

 Employee updates submitted by HR Business Partners and Managers, review then submit for data entry

 Jumping on Zoom calls/meetings involving the VP of HR and HR Business Partners to document the HR Programs

 The human resource program manager ensures that human resource programs support the long-term goals of the company. This position performs professional work overseeing a range of administrative functions related to human resource management

 Documenting Programs Involving:

o Employee Opinion Survey life cycle

o Recognition programs (Employee of the Quarter, Employee of the Year, Certified International Specialist, Scholarship program, HR Quality Survey process)

o Great Place to Work and Top Employer recertifications processes

o Employee Engagement activities

Pay range anywhere from $30-48/hr based on experience level

Skills and Requirements

Experience overseeing different programs within HR (ie: Recognition Programs, Employee of the Quarter/Year, Scholarship Programs, or HR Quality Survey processes & programs)

 Experience managing projects before

 Strong experience with Human Resources processes and HR knowledge

 Experience Documenting Human Resources Projects

 Need to be organized and meet deadlines

 Analytical; Strong within Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) Logistics experience/supply chain experience

 Any Project Management Certifications null
