Why we need you: AutoNation is hiring a motivated and results-driven Website and Digital Support Analyst to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations and improve the performance of the AutoNation suite of websites. This role will be reporting to our Senior Manager of Digital eCommerce. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing requests from our stores and other stakeholders and solving issues while working closely with members of our IT and Marketings teams on projects. What you’ll be doing: Be the primary support contact for the field and stores related to the AutoNation’s suite of websites and backend systems: Troubleshooting reported issues to identify causes and fixes while working collaboratively with vendors, partners, multiple teams, communicating status updates, and presenting effective resolutions. Analyze root cause to prevent future occurrences, or to identify deficiencies in current processes. Support periodic audits of web properties and backend systems, testing and validating, and replicating. Address usability issues to ensure a safe and efficient user experience. Maintain consistent look and feel throughout all web properties. Ability to process all change requests in a timely manner with defined required dates. Support Product Owners and Managers with ad-hoc projects and reporting. Adhere to OEM compliance requirements for content and general website updating. Position may cross function with the support of sales systems for lead issue resolutions and CRM. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. MS Office Products. Critical thinking, high degree of problem-solving ability, organizing findings in a clear and concise fashion. Effective written and verbal communication. Strong follow-up skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
