SAIC Program Analyst in FORT MEADE, Maryland

JOB DESCRIPTION: Selected individual will work with other Project Managers to provide effective and efficient management and oversight of a collection system portfolio, coordinate and/or performs a wide variety of mission program support activities on behalf of customer stakeholders. Position will gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain customer departmental records, files, and databases, and prepare operational status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the customer. Will be responsible for reviewing technical reports and capability documents to recommend solutions to the customer and communicate issues and solutions to the customer in a timely and transparent manner. Will ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements. Will analyze system-related information to identify problems, and assist with customer systems management. Will coordinate resources to meet requirements (staffing, system build, and scheduling, etc.) and act as the point of contact to customer organizations, practices, missions, and goals for upgrades and installation of new systems. Will be responsible for drafting Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), review risk and risk mitigation activities in support of system deployment. Employee will be able to use resources effectively and efficiently and orchestrating multiple activities simultaneously to accomplish work.

Qualifications

  • Requires Five (5) years of experience directly supporting Mission Operations in project management.

  • Relevant experience must be in technical operation, and/or analysis or management or oversight of these activities.

  • Shall have at least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

  • TS/SCI with Poly required.
