ManTech Quality Assurance Specialist II in Fort Meade, Maryland

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist II to join our team in Ft. Meade , MD .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Leading implementation of the ManTech Quality Management System (QMS) on assigned projects to include adhering to defined processes, submitting supporting artifacts, and properly training team members.
Participating in gap analysis, audits, and appraisals as needed and supporting the Quality Management Organization (QMO) to ensure that metric repositories are kept current for each assigned project.
Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Basic qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of position-specific relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Security clearance requirement:
- Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
