OneMain Financial Brightway Operations Support Representative in Fort Mill, South Carolina

OneMain Financial is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the open Operations Support Representative Intermediate role with the Brightway Cards Operations Support team in our Fort Mill, SC Service Center. This position will provide administrative support including account review, handling questions from agents or Supervisors / Department Manager and interaction with Internal and External customers. The ability to process a high volume of tasks quickly and accurately throughout the day is a must for this position.

In the Role

  • Manage incoming/outgoing physical mail and electronic mail

  • Process various accounts status updates requested by front line operations

  • Ensuring assigned tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner

  • Completing Ad-Hoc reviews as assigned by management

  • Ensuring compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, and policies

  • Review and decision accounts adhering to published procedures

  • Communicate with various departments on various account related topics

  • Researching a variety of account related issues

  • Work with management on various remediation projects

Requirements

  • High School/GED Diploma.

  • Operational Support/Customer Service experience.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under aggressive deadlines, while supporting the achievement of both individual and team level goals.

  • Ability to effectively work within multiple systems simultaneously
