PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain NOV Time timecard reporting system for Aftermarket.

  • Maintain reports as directed, included but not limited to: Vacation/Sick Report.

  • Utilize ERP system to update all projects, budgets, and margins.

  • Perform assigned tasks under the direction of the Aftermarket Manger or their designate and participates as an effective crew member.

  • Open A/P mail, scan invoices to Basware and scan statements to shared AP.

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring they sign the visitor’s book and informing relevant staff member of their arrival.

  • Maintain sign in sheets for visitors/customers.

  • Sort Mail and place in the appropriate mailboxes.

  • Manage all shipping packets into Scandocs.

  • Participate in emergency response duties during emergencies and drills.

  • Assist management with arranging meals as required.

  • Provide administrative and general support to staff members.

  • Monitor and ensure reception area is kept tidy and project a business-like image.

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff member.

  • Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact and telephone extension list.

  • Check and sign for deliveries informing relevant staff member of their arrival.

  • Bring problems encountered to the Aftermarket Manager or their designate for resolution.

  • Responsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs. including but not limited to the process map, support process, safety, and environmental requirements.

  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

  • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.

  • High school graduate or GED preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office environment.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Omega.

  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail.

  • Good organizational and communicating skills required.

  • Ability to meet or exceed standards as established by the department.

  • Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.

  • Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and departments.
