Description: As a Systems Engineering Principle you will lead the work product development for the Air Systems Development Team. We are looking for a candidate with System Design experience that can look beyond Air System capability design. This Technical Lead will provide guidance to a new team as this scope of work is defined and matured. They will have the following roles and responsibilities.

- Strategic Approach for Air System Development Technical Planning

- Customization of Standard for F-35 terminology, tempo, etc.

- Oversee Development of Templates

- Lead/Train/Mentor Hands-on team

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience

System Design Experience

System Engineering Experience

Technical Planning Experience

Desired Skills:

ARIS

Air System Standards Experience

Product Development Experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
