We are offering an opportunity to work for a client of ours as a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Fort Worth, Texas. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for full cycle financial statement preparation, handling accounts payable and receivable, and intercompany accounting. This candidate will use QuickBooks software to perform day to day accounting duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing full cycle financial statements

• Handling all aspects of accounts payable and receivable

• Serving as the sole accountant on the team

• Managing intercompany accounting procedures

• Conducting bank reconciliations

• Managing billing functions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

• Must be able to perform accounting functions efficiently

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Must have understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Must be capable of performing Bank Reconciliations
